JaeVee is a vibrant prop-tech property developer based in Norwich that joint ventures with experienced main contractors on various property development schemes throughout the UK.

We're entering the next phase of our business expansion creating an opportunity for an experienced former or current estate agent with a passion for property to join our investor relations team. Working within a team and reporting to Head of Investor Relations, you will be working with our sophisticated and high net worth investors in presenting to them our development opportunities available for equity and mezzanine investments.

We’re looking for a hard working and target driven individual with a passion for property. We provide you with the investor database. All you need to do is present to our investor clients our investment opportunities and answer any questions they may have about investing into the opportunities on our platform. You will follow up new and existing investor leads, provided by the company, via outbound calls, emails and live chat.

The role will also involve the sales and lets of the units within our portfolio.

This position would ideally suit a highly motivated and confident individual who is driven by success with a proven sales track record.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting new & existing investor enquiries
  • Collate investor information and assist with the setting up of their account
  • Supporting investors in making investments on our platform
  • Comply with company template scripts
  • Provide support to investors as and when required
  • Assist existing investors with enquiries on existing subscriptions
  • Qualify new buyer and tenant leads
  • Achieve new sales and lets of our properties
  • Achieving targets

Qualifications/Experience

You should hold at least one of the below;

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Passion for property development
  • Ability to meet targets and work to company deadlines.

This is a full-time position within the company with office hours 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday though you will be expected to go the extra mile in order to achieve targets.

  • £25,000 base per annum. Note it's a base, it's a results driven role (we don't want people comfortable on £25k per annum). The more business you bring in the more you make, hence OTE will be c£100,000.
