JaeVee's First Birthday
Last updated 12th February 2019 • Ethan Mathews • JaeVee
With the arrival of February 12th comes JaeVee’s first official birthday.
For that amount of time to have passed is astounding.
Yet, when compared to all the past twelve months have held, it’s easy to see where the time went.
Through this first year, JaeVee successfully completed joint ventures on two fantastic projects.
One was the Burlington Hotel in Sheringham and the other was on Duke Street in Ipswich.
Through the hard work of all involved, it was an incredibly gratifying stage to reach.
Definitely, something that’ll be exciting to achieve with other projects in the coming months.
Like most businesses within their first 12 months of operation, we learned a lot about what direction we wished to progress.
Hard work pays off
Not only do we now have a fully functioning equity crowdfunding platform built entirely by our team, we’ve also built an online learning platform, perfect for property developers, house-builders, landlords and investors alike.
With many discovery days and live courses having taken place, we decided there was a gap in a large market to create an online learning platform rather than follow traditional face-to-face training courses.
Whilst it was wonderful getting to know new people, we felt we could assist aspiring property developers more by creating an online learning platform.
Enabling them to learn from the comfort of their own home, at their own pace.
In just twelve months, JaeVee has had:
1000x created accounts
700+ of which were developers
300+ of which were investors
2x joint ventures completed
£1M+ equity invested
£11.5M debt raised
GDV of £17,500,000
72 units to be delivered
Our main target for this coming year is a conservative one. Joint venturing on a minimum 12 property development schemes throughout the UK.
With a focus on experienced developers with excellent track records, we’ll be aiming for more projects, greater achievements and the coming launch of our very own online property learning platform.
All considered, you'll definitely want to be kept up to date.
Finally, we’d like to give a big thank you to all of our clients over the past year who've made this past year such a great success.
We look forward to working with you in the months and years to come.
