Are there co-investment opportunities?

Our unique and popular co-investment opportunities allow the Crowd to invest alongside institutional and ultra high net investors in deals that are usually restricted and have significant GDV. By becoming a partner of, and investing alongside, well established private equity firms and family offices, we aim to provide comfort to our members because of the other professional investors who are also investing in the deal.

We believe that no other crowdfunding platform in Europe has been able to provide their members with access to this type of investment, or the added security blanket of knowing JaeVee can step in to complete the project should the property developer not perform or become incapable. Therefore we are providing unique access to this exclusive asset class.
