What happens at the end of an investment term?

JaeVee works with the property developer in achieving the exit strategy via our in-house project management team and solicitors on our UK wide panel. We have chartered accountants that will file the accounts for the SPV, ensure the correct taxes are filed and paid and release profits to all shareholders post taxation.
