What is JaeVee’s investment criteria?

We typically acquire brownfield sites located in cities and towns that are home to Universities and commuter lines to urban hubs

Our preference is for residential, though we’re open to non-residential opportunities as well.

We’re diverse in our approach with our current acquisition criteria featuring:

  • Schemes with full planning permission, prior approval, permitted development or same use class consents.
  • Residential and mixed-use schemes
  • Target GDV ranging from £2.5m - £25m
  • Individual dwellings priced below £1m (unless proof of regular sales above)
  • Schemes comprising a minimum of 5 dwellings
  • A minimum profit on cost margin of 20% on GDV pre finance
  • Development programmes up to 36 months
  • Main contractor experience to match proposed scheme
  • Regional cities and towns throughout East Anglia with strong economic outlooks
