What if there is no tenant?

If there is no tenant then there is no rent. This is a concern for anyone investing in property, and it’s no different if you invest through us. However, we have minimised the risk as much as possible by ensuring the property developers form partnerships with local management companies in all of the locations that we have properties to let.

By using agencies that have expert local knowledge we hope to keep any void periods to a minimum and to secure the best rental yield possible. In addition, we only invest in areas that we know have high rental demand so we are confident no property will be vacant for long, if at all.

Building a diverse portfolio is an important strategy for many of our members - it is unlikely that a whole portfolio will be vacant.
