FAQs

How do you calculate the projected returns for equity and mezzanine investments?

The projected returns for our equity investment opportunities are detailed for each project SPV page under the section called “How Returns Are Calculated”.

This section will show you all the costs associated with the development, including the senior and mezzanine interest, along with the proposed GDV and forecasted profit. It also shows the projected corporation tax being paid.

For mezzanine investment opportunities, the returns are also detailed under the same section. Your return when investing in a mezzanine loan accrue at 15% interest per annum and are secured against the property title as a 2nd charge (behind the senior debt lender). The SPV is charged 20% per annum with JaeVee earning a 5% per annum success fee. Mezzanine loan investors get their 15% per annum return on their mezzanine loan before JaeVee is entitled to its 5% success fee.

Both equity and mezzanine investment capital and returns are paid from the successful exit of the project.
