FAQs

When will I receive my share certificate?

Share certificates are no longer issued individually. This is to avoid multiple share certificates being in circulation in the event that a share is sold. The investment confirmation email (and attachment) acts as proof of your investment, along with the transaction log on the ‘My Investments’ page of the site, and also the presence of the property investment on your ‘Dashboard".

We have a log of all of your transactions in our database, and all payment history is recorded and stored on MangoPay. The absence of share certificates will expedite the process of buying and selling shares on the secondary market. For more information, please get in touch with one of the team.

The Transfer Document from the Land Registry usually takes a few weeks to be sent to JaeVee after the date of completion and we keep it on record upon receipt.
