Our joint venture platform provides property equity and mezzanine investors with opportunities to invest in the joint ventures between us as the property developer and main contractors from the comfort of their own home, around the globe.

We’re the UK’s first joint venture platform between us (the property developer), main contractors, equity and mezzanine investors. Helping to deliver upon the UK’s housing shortage by delivering much needed high quality homes.

We also offer an online learning platform for anyone looking to learn more about property.
