Introduction, Property, Questionnaire

Hey Paul. Tell us a little bit about your role.

As a business development consultant, I'm the first point of contact for the company, sourcing and establishing business relationships for the long term.

The role involves communicating daily with new and existing experienced property developers, house builders, finance brokers and architects via outbound & inbound calls and emails.

What do you enjoy most?

JaeVee inspires highly driven individuals with a can do attitude that is focused on achieving targets, so the team we have in place at JaeVee is nothing like I've ever seen before when it comes to team work.

On top of this, JaeVee also provides full training where weakness's might show, it's the first job role I've ever had where consistent improvements are made to help everyone.

What drew you to JaeVee?

Initially personal career progression. It was a no brainer for me to get involved, so that I can one day take my first steps on the property ladder and become financial free.

First impressions?

Passionate and energetic.

What motivates you?

Continuous growth.

Who is your favourite superhero and why?

Iron Man. He's self-made, and self-dependent, he shows what a true hero is. He gives until it hurts, and then gives some more.

He takes the blame and the responsibility for everything that goes wrong. He is willing to sacrifice himself to save others and is also known to never give up.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

Socialising with friends and family. Playing pool at the pub. Sky diving. Football and spontaneous trips.

Do you have a secret talent that no one knows about?

Yes, but why would I give that away? It's meant to be a SECRET!

Do you have a favourite quote?

Family are like branches on a tree, we may grow in different directions, yet our roots remain as one.

Do you know any random facts?

Water's flavour is it's temperature.

Favourite band and type of music?

House and liquid drum and bass.

And finally, if you could pick any biscuit to eat, what would it be?

Chocolate hobnob all day long. Don’t even @ me when it comes to these bad boys.
