Hello Matt. Tell us a bit about your role.
Finance Broker. My job is to arrange finance for developers, whether in the form of senior debt, mezzanine, bridging finance.
What do you enjoy most?
The day to day challenge of arranging the finance. No two projects are the same. I must add I work with a great set of people.
What drew you to JaeVee?
The differing challenge of commercial borrowing, against my background of residential, fancied the challenge of arranging the development finance and don't regret it one bit.
First impressions?
Mad!!
What motivates you?
Money and success.
Who is your favourite superhero and why?
Bobby Moore, England World Cup winning captain and of course West Ham Captain.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?
Spending time with my nearest and dearest, football and a pint or two.
Do you have a secret talent that no one knows about?
Too many to mention.

Always do your best!!
Do you know any random facts?
The average person spends 6 months of their life waiting for red lights to turn green.
Favourite band and type of music?
All time Oasis, but currently very much into Catfish & The Bottlemen and The Hunna.

Gotta be the chocolate chip cookie.
